Comparative Analysis of Stable Aqueous Dispersion of Silver Nanoparticle Synthesized from Mangifera Indica and Azadirachta Indica Leaf Extract

Mango and neem leaf extract were prepared by soaking the measured leaves into 100ml of distilled water under appropriate conditions. Consequently, biosynthesis silver nanoparticles was carried out distinctly adding mango to solution nitrate (AgNO3) produce aqueous dispersion nanoparticles. The produced investigated using FTIR, UV-Visible AFM Spectroscopy at 15 minutes, 24 hours 48 respectively. Reduction in OH absorption proves chemical interaction with AgNO3. UV/Visible also revealed colour changes from faint yellow brown reddish within minutes incubation room temperature. Atomic Force Microscopy that sizes mango-based are smaller than neem-based dispersion.
